Acid Forming Foods vs. Alkaline Forming Foods

Humans eat a variety of foods that are classified as acidic or alkaline. Acidic foods are defined as foods that increase acid waste products in your blood. Alkaline foods are foods that produce ash that neutralizes acid products in your blood. Christopher Vasey maintains that the human body works to maintain a pH level between 7.36 and 7.42 in order for enzymes, nutrients and minerals to function properly.
