It’s the new  year, and if you’re like many people, you have probably resolved to eat healthier, cleaner and lighter. One of our favorite ways to do that is by “spiralizing” vegetables and fruit to easily add more nutrients into your meals.  In addition to drinking more water, increasing your intake of fresh vegetables is a great way to naturally detoxify your body.
