The holiday hustle is in full swing, and while we love shopping and crossing To-Do’s off our (never-ending) list, we also realize the importance of taking time to relax and to relish the true meaning of the season.

If you’re short on time, and who isn’t these days, try this two-minute yoga sequence from Mind Body Green to both calm and energize you. We find that taking even just two minutes throughout your day can have a huge impact on your energy levels and mood. Follow it up with at least 8oz of evamor alkaline water to keep hydration levels in check, and you’ll be ready to take on those to-do’s! We hope you give it a try!
