Our #KnowBetterBrigade member Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram shares what it’s like to be “fully raw” and how you can incorporate more raw meals into your diet for noticeable results. The cleansing process can be done in 3 different ways:

  1. Mono meals for three days straight! That’s right for three whole days you can pick one of your favorite fruits and eat it for every meal.
  2. Everyone’s heard of it and some may hate it, but a juice cleanse is essential and can be done in three days. Easy to make if you have a juicer, if not try smoothies for 3 days.
  3. Two fruit infused waters and one fully raw meal. Creating this is as simple, just pop some fruit into your evamor bottle and go.
