Our #KnowBetterBrigade member Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram shares what it’s like to be “fully raw” and how you can incorporate more raw meals into your diet for noticeable results. The cleansing process can be done in 3 different ways:
- Mono meals for three days straight! That’s right for three whole days you can pick one of your favorite fruits and eat it for every meal.
- Everyone’s heard of it and some may hate it, but a juice cleanse is essential and can be done in three days. Easy to make if you have a juicer, if not try smoothies for 3 days.
- Two fruit infused waters and one fully raw meal. Creating this is as simple, just pop some fruit into your evamor bottle and go.
