Namaste Still for a Minute

 

Think you don’t have time to meditate? Think again. One minute, that’s all you need. One minute to simply be still, quiet the mind, and let the soul speak. Meditation is a focus on the breath. When your day gets stressful, take a moment to disconnect from the world and connect with yourself. Make it a part of your routine several times per day (we especially love to do this in the morning, while sipping on some evamor) and follow these five (5) simple steps to mini meditation from our friends at Well + Good:

  1. Match your inhales and exhales
  2. Count your breaths.
  3. Body scan.
  4. “Sweet 16” breath.
  5. Belly breathing.
