pH Alkaline Food List
Eating alkaline-rich foods helps to cleanse the body by flushing out acidic wastes caused by poor diet, environmental toxins, stress, drugs and other destructive substances. Because an alkaline state neutralizes acidity, alkaline foods promote health while helping to fight the elements that contribute to illness and disease. On the pH scale, from 0 to 7 signifies acidity and from 7 to 14 signifies alkalinity.
