Studies have shown that there are certain foods (a dozen, to be exact) that are best purchased organically due the high amounts of pesticides that are used when these foods are grown organically. Similarly, there are 15 other foods that you can feel good about purchasing their conventional or non-organic version because they are not as exposed to pesticides and chemicals during production.
