You’re Sweet Enough Already

It’s simple, swap soda for refreshing, alkaline-rich (and sugar-free!) evamor and lose weight. Since you would cut approximately 100 calories per meal by choosing evamor instead of an 8oz. sweetened beverage, the change could you experience will reveal itself quickly!

The additional benefit of swapping sodas for water is improved hydration. You know it’s important to stay hydrated, especially during the summer months (hello, “heat dome” of 2016!). 

If straight water is a bit boring, then add a little extra flavor by adding fruit, herbs and vegetables to your evamor. Lemons, cucumbers, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, you name it… just rinse them, chop them up in small pieces and throw your combination into your bottle to provide that extra flavor you crave.
