Mom, Artist & Healthy Lifestyle Advocate
A New Orleans resident by way of Austin, Becky Fos is a bit of a Renaissance Woman. An everyday mom, Becky is a popular artist in the Big Easy with a streak of burning creative rivaled only by her daily goal of living a healthy lifestyle.
Becky’s work is a force in a city known for its creativity. Her art – which can be found in Becky Fos Gallery on famous Magazine St. – is a charismatic reflection of the bold energy and exuberant spirit that naturally emanates from the pores of all that is the lifeblood of New Orleans.
And when she’s not painting or being mom to her son, Jude, Becky can be found in the gym working out, on a jog or killing a session of CrossFit.
“Everyday starts with a workout for me. It clears my mind and allows me to unleash the creative energy I need for whatever painting I may be working on at the time,” said Fos. “It also gives me the energy to chase Jude around when I’m not painting!”

Becky on her art: New Orleans is my absolute muse. I gather boundless inspiration from all corners of this wild, beautiful, gritty and colorful city thanks to its undeniably unique history and the spicy culture and vibrant people who live here, all which motivate me to create art. The amazing music that permeates the air here strikes a chord deep inside me. At live shows and music festivals I groove to the sounds that surge through my soul and leave me with no choice but to move. I’m fascinated by the interactions and impassioned expressions of musicians as they create their own aural art, and I attempt to transform the spirit of their song into visual art with my own instruments – oil paints, my pallet knife and my fingers. I am spellbound by animals and their mysterious complexities, from our family pets to the magical creatures that swim and fly around our waterways. I feel enormously blessed to live in New Orleans where every day is truly a celebration of life, and for me painting is the most authentic way to express myself.

Raw Food Movement Leader
Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram is a member of the KB brigade because she’s an innovator in nutrition and a leader in the raw food movement. We both believe that you are what you eat (and drink).
FullyRaw is the creation of Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram, a pioneer in the organic food co-operative movement. The founder of the largest raw, organic produce co-operative in the U.S., she has been 100% raw for nearly 9 years and is a leading visionary in the raw movement across the nation.
She attended both Vanderbilt University and Rice University, graduating from Rice in 2009 with a triple major in Kinesiology, specializing in Health Science and nutrition, and also dabbled into ceramics and voice. Since then, she has been heavily influential in the efforts to grow and bring awareness to our national efforts to raw food education and Organic Horticulture, Permaculture, and Co-operative Communities.
Kristina’s inspiration for being FullyRaw came after she was able to rid herself of hyperglycemia at the age of 18, eating nothing but a low-fat raw vegan diet consisting solely of fresh fruits and vegetables with few nuts and seeds. After being a direct understudy of 20+ year raw food juicing expert and consultant John Rose, she interned and worked under pioneer and movement visionary Dr. Douglas Graham at his health events in Seattle and in Costa Rica.
Before graduating from college, Kristina started a non-profit organization called Rawfully Organic. This organic produce co-operative in Houston, Texas grew from 12 people in her living room and currently feeds over 6000 families in the greater Houston area on a weekly basis. Rawfully Organic offers fresh, affordable produce and Kristina’s efforts focus on providing her community with the benefits of eating raw fruits and vegetables while making organic affordable for all. The nonprofit grosses more than 2 million per year and stays true to its mission to supply local Texas families with an abundance of organic produce to help them live a raw, vegetarian, or vegan lifestyle. To this day, the coop is 100% volunteer run.
Kristina makes a living by coaching and inspiring thousands of others to be FullyRaw.

Runner, Radio Host & Philanthropist
Kevin Kline is a member of the KB brigade because he’s a trailblazer in radio, philanthropy, fundraising for cancer research and ultra-endurance running. And evamor is right there with him, keeping him hydrated as he starts each day and finishes each marathon.
In 2005, while working at KKBQ-FM in Houston, TX during his 15th year as a morning radio host, Kevin Kline met a then 15-year-old girl who had recently been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Chelsey Campbell wasn’t expected to live long enough to celebrate her 16th birthday. When Campbell defied the odds and did celebrate her 16th birthday, Kline and his wife, Trish presented her with the gift of a lifetime, a non-profit organization named Snowdrop Foundation.
Snowdrop Foundation, dedicated to raising funds for continued pediatric cancer research and for college scholarships for childhood cancer patients and survivors, is now Chelsey’s legacy, as she passed away on December 9, 2006. Kline and his wife still run the foundation, which has now expanded into a chapter in Wisconsin and has donated over $1.35 million since its inception.
Before Chelsey died, she had a marathon surgery, which inspired Kline to take up the sport of endurance running. Kline ran his first marathon in January 2007. He ran that race with fractures in both shins. He ran that race to honor Chelsey and all of the other kids who struggle to beat their cancer diagnosis. He ran that race in 3:44:49, which is still the fastest marathon of his career.
Since that first marathon, Kline has run 62 total sanctioned marathons and longer, ultra-marathons. He has run a marathon or longer in 26 different states and on 3 separate continents in his quest to run in all 50 states and on all 7 continents before his 50th birthday.
When the marathon distance became comfortable, Kline went searching for more challenges to tell the story of how much pain kids with cancer must endure. That is when he created his annual December Fund-Urance Run.
In December 2009, Kline completed a 13-day, solo run across Texas totaling 482 miles.
In December 2010, Kline ran for 24 continuous hours on a treadmill and then immediately ran a half-marathon race.
In December 2011, Kline ran 62 miles per day for 7 consecutive days.
In December 2012, Kline ran 62,000 stadium stairs and then a 30K (18.6 miles) race.
In July 2013, Kline ran 15 marathons in 15 consecutive days.
In December 2013, Kline ran a .76 mile loop for 55 consecutive hours.
In 2012, Kline was selected as one of six global ambassadors for Worth The Hurt, a charitable umbrella promoting fundraising through ultra-running.
Kline has many more years left in radio, millions more to raise for children with cancer and many, many more miles to run, all with evamor by his side.
Kline starts his day with a cup of coffee made with evamor. Kline has a bottle of evamor with lunch and during his training and annual fund-urance run, Kline stays hydrated with evamor.
Kevin Kline knows better radio, better philanthropy and better running with evamor.
